Building a legacy: How Ethos Accelerate has opened doors for future leaders

At Ethos Broking, we’re dedicated to supporting our Regional Brokers in giving their people the opportunities that they need to flourish. 2020 marked the first year of our Ethos Accelerate programme, which saw talented individuals across our Regional Brokers come together to pave their way as future leaders in the insurance industry.

Along the way, our learners have delved into key skills and practices that they can put into effect in their own roles, including communication and emotional intelligence, strategic foresight and thinking, personal branding and executive presence.

As the programme has now drawn to a close, we’ve spoken to a few of our participants to find out what they’ve taken from the experience.

 

The programme opened the door to the possibilities on offer within the Ardonagh group if I was willing to step outside my comfort zone, challenge myself, build networks and show a willingness to want to improve both my professional standards and relationship building skills. Being able to interact with peers from across the group who were all passionate about wanting to be the best versions of themselves is extremely inspiring and infectious. I would totally recommend this course to anyone who wants to embrace a challenge, is open to change and wants to build a legacy.”
